Half a Century of scientific Line Breeding
Since the start of Sunduza English Bull Terriers our founders Andre and Doulina Strydom produced 43 champions in 14 years from 1976 to 1989, with a further 3 during their first few of 16 years in temporary retirement – a total of 46 champions. Among them were Southern Africa’s first 3 Supreme Bull Terriers, Dogs and Bitches of the year and 5 Stud Dogs of the year in 14 years, as well as 7 Brood Bitches of the year in 10 years. A great number of Supreme Bull Terriers, Dogs and Bitches of the year and Southern African and foreign Champions descend from the Sunduza Kennel, Including 2 Regent Trophy winners (Britain’s top award) and a North American Stud Dog of the Year. In 38 years of SABTC Major Trophy Shows Sunduza dogs or their descendants won Major Trophies in 24 of the shows. This is a unique record and we intend to continue doing so. Thank you Andre and Doulina for the amazing dogs at Sunduza that you have left to continue your Legacy.
